Whether it is anxiety, anger, resentment, guilt, fear...every feeling deserves our attention, but not necessarily our patience and coddling; meaning, we shouldn't allow ourselves to stay agonizing in energy that doesn't feel good.
We can make our unproductive internal and external dialogue into meaningful, soulful exchanges just by saying, "Enough! I am done!" When our soul hears that message, it's all truth, healing, and growth from that moment on!
